ELGIN TOWN HALL
Elgin has long since been heralded as the capital of Whisky country. In the centre of Elgin sits the Town Hall, it makes sense!
What’s more, being in Speyside, there are distilleries galore to be found close-by. Over 50, to be more precise. Think of Spirit of Speyside: Distilled as a pass to get your group together and make a weekend of it. Because after you’ve enjoyed Distilled, there’s plenty more to uncover.

SPEYSIDE AND THE MORAY AREA
Moray Speyside sits between two international airports, Aberdeen and Inverness. Regular rail services operate between Inverness and Aberdeen with stops in Forres, Elgin and Keith. There is car hire available at both airports, and in Moray Speyside itself. An increasingly popular alternative is to hire a campervan or motorhome, available locally. The principal trunk road running east-west through Moray Speyside is the A96, with the A95 connecting Aviemore and Keith. There is a good network of local roads connecting communities – and distilleries!
